OUR POLICIES

Our cattery reserve the right of pick of a litter if we decided to keep or place one or more of our kitten(s) for breeding.

OUR WAIT LIST: To join our "Wait List" we require pre-paid non-refundable $200 Deposit per kitten.

ALLERGY TESTING & VISITING CATTERY: We are open for the allergy tests in person.
We charge $50.00 (pre-paid & non-refundable) visiting fees to be tested with parents of the current or upcoming litters.

FUR SAMPLE: If you are out of the State we can send a "Fur sample" collected from the parents of born or upcoming litters. Mailing charges are $20.00 to be pre-paid through Paypal or Venmo.

VISITING TIME: We only allow one family per visit. The visiting time is up to 60 minutes. Please don't be late. Late arrival time will be deducted from allowable 60 min of your visiting time.

PAPERWORK: We hold the registration paperwork for all of our kittens sold as pets until the owner(s) send us a proof of neutering or spaying of their kitten(s). Proof should be provided through licensed Veterinarian with full information about the cat including DOB, color, name of cat and owners with current address.
